Garden and Outdoor Classroom

Thank you for joining the movement!

Our Garden and Outdoor Classroom is slated to break ground in fall 2019.

We have a garden plan, irrigation layout, and City of Woodland support for hardscape materials. Fruit trees have been ordered, and picnic tables were built using generously-donated redwood.  A growing list of community members and local businesses have made generous contributions that demonstrate their support for linking a garden with clinical care and wellness programming.

Before the end of 2019 tractors will be excavating a quarter-acre lot adjacent to Hansen Family Health Center. With your help student artists from Cesar Chavez Community School will create art tiles that will be installed throughout this landscape.
