The week of February 8, 2021 we received a limited supply of vaccines from the state. Currently, patients of CommuniCare who 65 years of age and older are eligible to receive the vaccine. If you are a CommuniCare Health Center patient and within this age range please contact your closest health center to schedule an appointment.
