We are upgrading our electronic health records system, which means we will be transitioning to a new patient portal. You can get set up on the new patient portal at your next visit after August 6. In the meantime, as a user of the existing patient portal, we wanted to provide you with some information about the changes.
- Any visit information or test results after 7/7/24 will not be available in the existing portal. Rest assured this information will be reflected in your record and available in the new portal by the end of August.
- As of 8/1/24, care team messaging will be deactivated in the existing portal
- As of 8/1/24, the request appointment, change or cancel an appointment feature in the existing portal will be turned off.

You can still access your medical records (prior to 7/7/24) and other information in the existing patient portal until 10/31/24. You will also be able to access that information in the new patient portal, starting August 6. Information about how to register for the new portal will be available at your next appointment.
