CommuniCare+OLE is thrilled to announce that it will be hosting the 4th annual Pride Parade in downtown Woodland on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in partnership with Yolo County Health and Human Services and Woodland United Methodist Church.
CommuniCare+OLE (formerly CommuniCare Health Centers) announced today that its patients in Yolo County with diabetes are getting locally-grown fruits and vegetables as a key part of their diabetes care as part of a produce prescription grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture – the first to be awarded in the 6-county Capitol Region.
OLE Health of Napa and Solano and CommuniCare Health Centers of Yolo County announced that they have legally executed a merger between the two organizations and unveiled their new brand: CommuniCare+OLE.
In 2022, CommuniCare Health Centers ranked #1 in clinical quality out of 104 participating Partnership HealthPlan of California health centers.
CommuniCare Health Centers will be closed Monday, January 16th, 2023 in observance of MLK Jr. Day.
