About this Event
CommuniCare Health Centers’ new food initiative fuses access to healthy food and clinical care to improve the health of all. Join the movement and help us break ground this fall in Woodland.
Supporters of this event will:
- View plans and hear details about the new Hansen Family Health Center Garden and Outdoor Classroom scheduled to break ground.
- Meet our Health Center and Garden Ambassadors and hear about how CommuniCare is leading the way, implementing innovative programs resulting in decreased chronic disease rates and increased access to healthy foods.
