CommuniCare’s Chief Behavioral Health Officer, Sara Gavin is honored as a 2021 Woman of the Year for California’s 3rd Congressional District by Congressman John Garamendi. Sara drives positive outcomes for our community daily by her leadership and expertise in behavioral health services, development of community partnerships and amplification of pipelines that maintain uninterrupted access to care. Garamendi honored 44 women from the 3rd Congressional District of California who are leaders and visionaries in their communities on Tuesday November 9, 2021, at an awards ceremony held in Woodland, CA.
