The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is hosting a community dinner to celebrate Yolo County’s advancements toward understanding mental health conditions and eliminating stigma. CommuniCare+OLE is thrilled to announce that it will be hosting the 4th annual Pride Parade in downtown Woodland on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in partnership with Yolo County Health and Human Services and Woodland United Methodist Church.
OLE Health of Napa and Solano and CommuniCare Health Centers of Yolo County announced that they have legally executed a merger between the two organizations and unveiled their new brand: CommuniCare+OLE.
CommuniCare Health Centers will be closed Monday, January 16th, 2023 in observance of MLK Jr. Day.
